Throughout my career, I've worked in diverse markets, including the U.S. and China, with notable roles such as Head of New Business at Hotmart.com and Business Development Manager, Enterprise at Grand Design & Construction (Shanghai).
My expertise spans across consulting, prospecting, negotiating, closing, and reporting. I bring a strategic, analytical, and creative mindset to every project.
Perhaps most important, I'm passionate about collaborating with others to achieve the best outcome possible. Of course, there's a lot of learning and growing together along the way, too.
Empowering SaaS businesses, creators and entrepreneurs lights me up. So, if it seems like we might be able to do great things together, feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn, email, of via SMS.
Looking forward to speaking with you soon!
PROFESSIONAL IMPACT
I had the honor of signing Marisa Peer, famed hypnotherapist, as a client to launch two of her courses into Spanish. This was the part of an internationalization initiative that I spearheaded.
In order to help bring the project to fruition, I lead the project from signing to launch (which hit five-figures in a month).
This included communicating with Marisa's team, the internationalization agency, and Hotmart's internal team so that all project milestones were successfully met, in time for the scheduled launch date.
With a love for public speaking and connecting with others, I leap at every opportunity possible to share information that could prove valuable for people. Tailoring the message and deliver to what will benefit each specific audience.
As the co-host of Hotmart Talks, an online educational event, my co-host / strategic partner / friend (Mark Anthony Bates) and I interviewed creators and authors for 4 hours.
The guests shared their insights with our audience on fitness, business, real estate, and life.
There were over 250 attendees live with us, learning and enjoying the different gems the guests shared.
When it comes to leadership, my philosophy is inspired by the word "ubuntu," which translates as, "I am because we are."
Within a team, that means I can only be the best I can be when you are being the best you can be. So, as a leader it's up to me to help bring the best out of you.
I first heard this concept from a YouTube video where NBA coach, Doc Rivers, is talking about how he applies this approach to leading his teams.
And, how did I find the YouTube video begin with?
My manager at the time shared it with the team.
The upward spiral of "ubuntu" continues :-)
Clients are the lifeblood of any business, which is why I build relationships on the foundation of trust, dependability. and added value.
In the same way that I build strong teams by bringing the best out of each team member, I build strong client relationships by brining the utmost value to them.
Jay Abraham (pictured) calls this "Pre-eminence," and it's one of the many powerful principles I have learned from his books and programs, and apply to my business relationships.
